1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using MyPropOps ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MyPropOps is a cloud-based property management platform that helps landlords, property managers, and housing operators manage properties, tenants, inspections, maintenance, and documents. The Service includes web and mobile applications, APIs, and related services.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Collect user data without consent
- Engage in discriminatory housing practices
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any data you submit to the Service, including tenant information and property records.
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing the Service or making material changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPropOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice.
Upon termination, you may export your data for up to 30 days. After that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
